(Baked or Raw) Traditional kibbee was made using lamb in the old country. In a modern twist, we make ours with 100% pure beef ground three times, to create an unbelievable texture. Consists of raw onion, olive oil, cracked wheat, pepper and salt. Traditionally eaten with pita and onion dipped in olive oil.
Our Grape leaves are hand rolled to perfection. They consist of ground beef, rice and lemon. Slow cooked with six to an order.
